摘要 纳米ATO(锑掺杂二氧化锡)是一种具有透明隔热功能的新材料。文中分别将纳米ATO掺混到聚碳酸酯(PC)树脂内和以水性聚氨酯为基料涂覆于PC板表面,制备透明隔热新型阳光板。比较了纳米材料在树脂中的分散和实际隔热效果,以及环境因素对隔热效果的影响。证实ATO均以纳米级颗粒均匀分散在树脂中,但因其固有的以吸收红外光为主、反射红外光为辅的隔热机理,ATO涂覆于PC阳光板表面比掺混进PC中更能起到透明隔热作用,微风能明显加强散热和隔热效果。本研究为低成本制备透明隔热新型阳光板提供了理论和实验依据。 antimony doped tin oxide (ATO) nanoparticle is a typical transparent and heat-insulating material generally applied on glass surface. In this study, ATO nanoparticles were applied to polycarbonate(PC) sheet either by mixing within PC resin or by coating on PC surface using waterborne polyurethane (WPU) as matrix. The heat- insulating effect was measured and the mechanism was analyzed thoroughly. It is confirmed that ATO disperse well with nano scale in both PC and PU resin. However, compared with bulk mixing ATO into PC resin, simply coating ATO nanoparticles on PC sheet surface brought better heat-insulating property due to its heat-insulating mechanism mainly by adsorbing but not reflecting infrared light. Moreover, a gentle wind blow significantly improves the heat- insulating effect of PC panel coated with ATO/PU. This study supplies a new approach to produce transparent and heat-insulating PC sunshine sheet in a large scale.
