摘要
国产低速卫生纸机的蒸汽冷凝水系统一般采用疏水阀排出,蒸汽浪费严重。目前节能效果最好的吹贯蒸汽控制式蒸汽冷凝水系统已在高速纸机上成功应用,但由于系统相对复杂、价格昂贵,对于价格低廉的国产低速卫生纸机来说,难以匹配。因此,对吹贯蒸汽控制系统进行简化和优化,开发适合国产低速卫生纸机的"热泵控制蒸汽回收系统"技术显得十分必要。日前,这样一套"简约版"的吹贯蒸汽控制热泵系统已在国内某卫生纸厂成功应用,节能效果显著。
In China, most of low-speed Yankee dryers are using deference pressure controlling steam and condensate systems which only even installed steam traps wasting steam a lot. As we know, blow-through controlling steam and condensate system is most advanced and efficient controlling steam and condensate system. However, there are quite a lot of blocks of using this kind of technology in low-speed Yankee paper machines due to it's high price and complex control system. Obviously, it is very necessary to develop a kind of simplization style "Blow-Through" system which if suitable of low-speed Yankee dryer. Recently, one simplization style blow through system is used successfully in one tissue paper plant in China. It's very good performance of saving steam has been proved.
