Preparation of the Copolymer of Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride and Sodium Lignosulphonate and Its Application

摘要 以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)与木素磺酸钠为原料,合成了两性水煤浆分散剂,探讨DMDAAC用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对水煤浆性能的影响。用差示紫外光谱法测定了产物LD和LS的酚羟基含量,进一步验证了接枝聚合的反应机理;通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了其分子量以及分子量分布的变化,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)对接枝聚合产物的外观形貌做出了分析。对接枝聚合产物做水煤浆性能测试,表明产物具有更好的流变性能以及静态稳定性。 The amphoteric dispersant, synthesized by sodium lignosulphonate and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride is used for the preparation of coal water slurry. The effects of the dosage of DMDAAC, the dosage of initiator, reaction time and reaction temperature on performance were examined. Determination of phenolic hydroxyl group of product(LD) and sodium lignosulphonate(LS) by differential ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for verification of mechanism of graft polymerization. The molecular weights and the variations of molecular weight distribution were detected by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and their morphology analysis was done through SEM. The measurement of features of coal water slurry showed that the product had a better effect on the rheology and the static stability.
