Discussion on Pipe Material Selection of the Village Water Supply Project in Guangdong Province

管材投资在村村通自来水工程所占比例非常大,管材的选择,直接影响到项目的投资、实施和后期的运行管理。通过对几种常用给水管管材的比较和分析,结合广东省村村通自来水工程的建设特点,区分管径采用PE管、SRTP管和球墨铸铁管较为经济、合理。

Pipe investment is a very important part of the village water supply project. The selection of pipe material directly influences the investment, implementation of the project and its later period operation management. Based on the comparative study on several commonly used water supply pipe and considering the construction features of the village water supply project in Guangdong province, some results are obtained： it is economical and reasonable to adoot PE nine, SRTP nine and ductile iron nine by distinguishing pipe diameter.
