摘要
建筑的抗震性能化设计,立足于承载力和变形能力的综合考虑,具有很强的针对性和灵活性。针对工程的需要和可能,可以对整个结构,也可以对某些部位或关键构件灵活运用各种措施达到预期的抗震性能目标,以提高抗震安全性或满足使用功能的特殊要求。
Construction quake-proof performance-based design, based on the comprehensive consideration of the bearing capacity and deformation, has very strong target and flexibility. According to the need and possibility of project, various measures can be taken to achieve the expected performance goal, regarding the whole structure or some key parts and components. As a result, quake-proof safety can be improved and the special requirements for use function can be fulfilled.
