高校辅导员职业认同现状调查与思考

Investigation and Thoughts on Occupation Identity of College Counselors

从与高校专业教师比较的视角对高校辅导员的职业认同现状进行调查,结果表明:与高校专业教师相比,高校辅导员的职业认同处于较低水平。为此,高校要关注辅导员队伍建设,着力提高辅导员的职业认同水平。

Based on the point of view of comparing with the professional teachers in university, the essay investigates the present situation of occupation identity of college counselors. The result shows that, compared with the professional teachers in university, the occupation identity of college counselors is at a low level. Therefore, colleges and universities should focus on college counselors＇ team construction and exert themselves to improve their occupation identity
