活络镇痛片镇痛、抗炎作用实验研究

The Experimental Study of Suppressing Inflammation and Alleviating Pain on HuoLuo relieving Pain Tablet

目的:研究活络镇痛片的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:小鼠热板法,冰醋酸致小鼠扭体法,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,大鼠角叉菜胶足跖肿胀实验法。结果:活络镇痛片能明显抑制炎症反应,能减轻化学刺激(H+)、物理刺激(热)所致的疼痛。结论:活络镇痛片具有良好的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective:To evaLuate the effect on suppressing infLammation and aLLeviating pains of HuoLuo reLieving pain TabLet.Methods:The mice's auricuLar sweLLing test,the rat's toe sweLLing test caused by caragreen,the mice's pain-test by hot and the mice's wrenching body test caused by the irritation of acetic acid were conducted.Results:HuoLuo reLieving pain TabLet couLd depress sweLLing of the mice in auricuLar sweLLing test,inhibit the rat's toe sweLLing caused by aLbumen,proLong the time of the mice's Lapping back Legs during the pain-test by hot and couLd reduce the times of wrenching their bodies caused by the irritation of acetic acid sharpLy.Conclusion:HuoLuo reLieving pain TabLet has the effects of suppressing infLammation and aLLeviating pains.
