摘要
目的:对白饭树中的总生物碱成分进行提取分离和鉴定。方法:采用水提法进行提取,D101型大孔吸附树脂进行分离,利用试管法、薄层层析法(TLC)进行鉴定。结果:从白饭树中可提取出生物碱,并经初步鉴定出其生物碱主要存在乙醇洗脱液。结论:水提法、D101型大孔吸附树脂分离法和试管法、薄层层析法鉴定法简易可行,适用于提取、分离和鉴定白饭树总生物碱。
Objective：To extracte, separate and identificate the total alkaloid from Fluggea virosa（Roxb. Ex Willd. ）Voigt. Meth- ods：Extractied by water, Separated by D101 macroporous adsorption resin, and identificated by test tube method and TLC. Resmit：The total alkaloid which extracted from Fluggea virosa（Roxb. Ex Willd. ）Voigt. has been preliminary identificated. Con- clusion： Those Extracte ,Separate and identificate method are good reproducibility.
