应用γ-闪烁技术对醋酸地塞米松纳米脂质体载体眼用温敏型原位凝胶进行在体评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的:考察醋酸地塞米松纳米脂质载体温敏型原位凝胶的在体消除情况。方法:应用γ-闪烁照相技术,在10min内动态采集含醋酸地塞米松的PBS滴眼剂、纳米脂质载体及纳米脂质载体原位凝胶制剂在体消除数据,绘制消除曲线。结果:在动态采集10min后,醋酸地塞米松PBS滴眼剂,纳米脂质载体和纳米脂质载体原位凝胶制剂在角膜表面分别残余8.75%、37.08%及75.4%的放射活性。结论:醋酸地塞米松纳米脂质载体温敏型原位凝胶具有更好的眼部滞留性和更高的生物利用度。
