产后保健对产妇产后恢复及新生儿健康状况的影响

Effect of postpartum health care on postpartum recovery of parturient women and health status of neonates

目的:探讨进行产后保健对产妇产后恢复以及新生儿健康状况的影响。方法:选取2009年1月～2011年1月章丘市人民医院细化产后保健措施658例产妇研究对象为观察组,并选取2006年1月～2008年12月出院的578例产妇随访情况为对照组,比较两组产妇产后恢复情况、产妇泌乳量以及新生儿生长发育情况。结果:观察组产妇产后恶露量、恶露持续时间、子宫复旧时间等恢复情况优于对照组,各项指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后泌乳量较充足人数所占比例为84.19%,高于对照组的63.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿黄疸消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面细致的产后保健对产妇子宫复旧及乳量的分泌和加速新生儿黄疸消退均有促进作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of postpartum health care on postpartum recovery of parturient women and health status of neonates. Methods： A total of 658 parturient women who received detailed postpartum health care measures in the hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were selected as observation group, while 578 parturient women who were followed up in the hospital from January 2006 to January 2008 were selected as control group, the postpartum recovery conditions and the amounts of breast milk secretion of parturient women, the growth and development situations of neonates in the two groups were compared. Results： The amount of postpartum lochia, the duration time of lochia, and the uterine involution time in observation group were significantly better than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The proportion of parturient women with sufficient amount of breast milk secretion in observation group was 84. 19%, which was significant- ly higher than that in control group （63.32%） （P 〈0. 05） . The regression time of jaundice of neonates in observation group was signifi- cantly shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Comprehensive and detailed postpartum health care can promote uterine involution and the amount of breast milk secretion of parturient women, accelerate regression of neonatal jaundice, which is worthy to be pop- ularized and applied in clinic.
