电刺激疗法与生物反馈盆底肌训练联合在产后压力性尿失禁治疗中的临床应用分析 被引量:30

Analysis on the clinical application of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training for treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence

摘要 目的:探讨电刺激疗法与生物反馈盆底肌训练联合在产后压力性尿失禁治疗中价值。方法:选取产后42天复查有压力性尿失禁患者84例,所有患者均进行电刺激疗法与生物反馈盆底肌训练治疗。观察患者治疗效果及治疗前后各项主要参数的变化。结果:①84例患者中治愈44例占52.38%,改善33例占39.29%,无效7例占8.33%,总有效率为91.67%(77/84);所有患者均无严重不良反应。②治疗后患者平均盆底肌肉肌电值为(56.8±16.7)μV,显著高于治疗前,两者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后患者平均UI次数为(0.9±1.1)次/d,24 h尿垫试验平均为(3.7±0.6)g,均明显低于治疗前,它们之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电刺激疗法与生物反馈盆底肌训练联合治疗产后压力性尿失禁具有较好的疗效。 Objective: To explore the value of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training for treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence (SUI) . Methods: A total of 84 patients with SUI at 42 days after delivery were select- ed, then all the patients underwent electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training. The curative effect and the changes of main parameters before and after treatment were observed. Results: Among 84 patients, 44 patients were cured, accounting for 52. 38% ; 33 patients were improved, accounting for 39.29% ; 7 patients were ineffective, accounting for 8.33%, the total effective rate was 91.67% (77/84) . All the patients had no severe adverse reactions. The mean myoelectricity value of pelvic muscles after treatment was (56. 8 ±16. 7 ) μV, which was significantly higher than that before treatment (P 〈 0. 01 ) . The mean frequency of SUI after treatment was (0. 9 ± 1.1 ) times a day, the 24 - hour pad test was (3. 7 ±0. 6) g on average, which were both significantly lower than those before treat- ment ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion : The curative effect of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle training for treat- ment of postpartum SUI is good.
