宫腔镜下处理稽留流产147例临床分析

Clinical analysis on hysteroscopic treatment of 147 cases with missed abortion

目的:探讨宫腔镜处理稽留流产中的效果和安全性。方法:选择2010年12月～2012年2月宫腔镜下清宫处理稽留流产妇女147例,取同期超声引导下清宫处理稽留流产95例作为对照组,比较两组手术时间,术后并发症及清宫效果。结果:宫腔镜下清宫处理稽留流产妇女147例,平均手术时间(7.3±2.2)min,出现人流综合征2例,胚物残留0例,对照组超声引导下清宫处理稽留流产95例,平均手术时间为(9.3±3.4)min,出现人流综合征8例,胚物残留9例。结论:宫腔镜应用于处理稽留流产快捷、安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the efficacy and safety of hysteroscopy for treatment of missed abortion. Methods： A total of 147 women with missed abortion who underwent uterine curettage under hysteroscope （ hysteroscope group） in the hospital from December 2010 to February 2012 were selected, 95 women with missed abortion who underwent uterine curettage under the guidance of ultrasound during the same period were selected as control group, the operation times, the postoperative complications, and the effects of uterine curettage in the two groups were compared. Results： In hysteroscope group, the mean operation time was （7. 3 ±2. 2） minutes, two women were found with abortion syndrome, no residual embryonic material occurred; in control group, the mean operation time was （9. 3 ±3.4） minutes, eight women were found with abortion syndrome, nine women were found with residual embryonic material. Conclusion： Hysteroscope used for treating missed abortion is rapid, safe, and effective, and themethod is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
