陕西省城市土地利用效率的时序特征及区域差异分析

The Analysis on Timing Characteristics & Regional Differences of Urban Land Use Efficiency in Shaanxi Province

本文采用DEA方法对2005-2010年陕西省城市土地利用效率进行了测度和分析。研究表明:陕西省城市整体土地利用效率水平较高,但呈现波动下降趋势的时序特征;从区域上来看,城市土地利用效率存在显著的区域差异,表现为陕北、陕南、关中依次降低的格局。总体看来,陕西省城市土地利用效率的提升,既要关注资源的持续投入,更要调整要素投入结构、优化资源配置,使土地利用方式由粗放型向集约型方式转变。

By using DEA method, this paper measures and analyzes Shaanxi urban land use efficiency during the years between 2005and 2010. The studies show that the overall land use efficiency in Shaanxi cities is high, while there is the fluctuation downward trend showing in the timing characteristics. From regional aspect, there is the significant regional difference, highest in northern area, then in southern, lowest in middle area. Overall speaking, to improve the city land use efficiency in Shaanxi Province, continuous resource investment should be highly concerned. Besides, the structure of factor inputs needs to be adjusted. Meanwhile, the resource allocation has to be optimized so that the land use could shift from extensive style to intensive way.
