摘要
文章阐明了果蔬真空预冷装置的原理、特性及优点;结合课题给出了预冷装置关键部件基本设计参数的确定方法及计算公式并给出实例,可供专业人员设计参考。
In this paper, the principle, characteristic and advantage of the vacuum pre-cooling device ：is described. Combining with the study, the calculation formula and the basic parameter will be addressed. The result will be referenced by the designer.
