By the increase demand of network system for quality of electric energy, also, it has higher demand for the safety and reliability of high-tension switch cabinet system. The phenomenon of being hot for high-tension switch cabinet has become a common exotic ailment in the use of high-tension switch cabinet, and it affects the quality of dispatching work. So, it is important to find a reliable method to realize the on-line monitoring devices for high-tension switch cabinet and analyze the error in time. Shendong Coal District has installed contact temperature online monitoring devices in substation with heavy load. The device is to acclimatize the reverse development for intelligent high-tension switch cabinet＇s Self-diagnosis. At present,the device has come into general application in the Shendong coal mine planning.
