摘要
文章首先描述了国有企业在经营者管理方面存在的问题,剖析了其形成原因在于其管理制度。然后,在分析经理人和企业家特性的基础上,论证了我国国有企业经营者供不应求的市场状况。最后给出了健全国有企业经营者管理机制的对策建议。
At first, the problems on managers of state-owned enterprises are described and their causes are analyzed: management system. And on basis of the characteristics of managers and entrepreneurs, tight market conditions of state-owned enterprises managers in China is demonstrated. Finally, the suggestions on management mechanism on of state-owned enterprises managers are put forward.
