中国高等教育发展中的逆性现象及质量管理分析

Inverse Phenomenon in China's Higher Education Development and Its Quality Management

自20世纪90年代末以来,日益扩大的高等教育规模,使得我国高等教育质量问题日益凸显,高等教育质量的保证与提高成为了高等教育必须面临的首要问题。本文初步分析认为我国高等教育在未来一段时间内仍会继续在量上发展,同时伴随着质的提高。但同时我们应对高等教育发展中的一些"逆"性现象进行关注,并深入其中,分析其本质。此外,我们针对上述情况,提出自己的看法与意见,力求通过一些有效措施,在客观上促进我国未来高等教育的发展。

Since the end of the 1990s, along with the growing of higher education scale, China＇s higher education quality problem is increasingly prominent. Higher education quality assurance and improvement become the top issue that the higher education must face. This paper makes a preliminary analysis, and thinks that our country＇s higher education will continue to increase in quantity within a period of time, and with the improvement of quality. But at the same time, we should focus on the inverse phenomenon, and deeply analyze its essence. In addition, aiming at the above condition, we proposes own view and opinion, for .making every effort through some effective measures in promoting the development of higher education in our country in the future.
