高校图书馆纸质档案数字化管理新探

Exploration on Digital Management of Paper Files in University Library

针对高校图书馆馆藏"浩瀚"的纸质档案资源,不加选择地全部数字化是不可能的、也是不必要的。我们应该根据一定的原则确定哪些馆藏档案原件应该数字化、哪些不需要数字化以及哪些优先数字化,本文从高校纸质档案数字化的作用,实施数字化外包的途径及确定纸质档案数字化对象的原则等方面对纸质档案数字化管理进行了分析探讨。

For the large amount of paper file resources, it is not possible and necessary to implement digital resources. We should determine which records should be digitalized, which records do not need digitalized, and which records are prior. The paper discussed the digital management of paper records from the role of digital paper records, the ways to implement digital outsourcing, the principles to determine which paper records need to be digitalized.
