The unique religious culture and long seclusion of Tibet agree with the long tradition of surrealist in English literature. As a best-seller writer, Lobsang Rampa＇s ＂autobiography＂ constructs a mysterious Tibet which corresponds to the western collective imagination of Tibet. The mysterious Tibet is in fact a construct of western writing.
