About the Psychological Counseling Education in Ideological and Political Work

心理疏导教育,是在反思各种传统模式并基于人性提出来的沟通式工作模式,是新时期思想政治工作的全新价值理念。科学发展观的"以人为本"的核心价值理念、建设社会主义和谐社会的理想追求决定了开展新时期思想政治工作必须坚持心理疏导教育。学会换位思考、采取"动之以情,晓之以理"、把握时空适度的方法,是开展心理疏导教育的主要路径。

Psychological counseling education is a communication working mode which put forward on the basis of hu- man nature through reflections on the traditional mode. It is also a new concept of value about ideological and political work. The ＂people-oriented＂ core value concept of scientific concept of development and the ideal pursuit of construction of socialist harmonious society demand the ideological and political work insist on psychological counseling education. Learning perspective-taking, moved with feeling, bring out the facts and reasons to understand and holding moderate time and space are the important means of carrying out psychological counseling education.
