Problems in Asset Management in SOE Reform and Their Prevention

国有企业改制问题一直是当前政治学、经济学研究领域的热点问题,国企重组改制资产管理问题的研究更是重中之重。我们通过对国企改制的回顾,分析了国企改制中资产管理中存在的问题及根源,探讨预防与治理资产流失问题的一系列措施。

The reform of state-owned enterprises （SEE） has been a hot issue in current political and economic areas, among which the issue of asset management ranking the top priority. This paper analyses the problems and their causes in asset management in the reform of SeEs, and then explores the solutions to preventing and controlling the loss of assets after a review of the reform of SeEs.
