自我管理研究回顾与前瞻:心理学的视角 被引量:7

摘要 采用目录法和内容分析法相结合的方法,从发展的、历史的两条线索对国内外自我管理的心理学研究进行了回顾和梳理。首先,从发展的视角,就自我管理的内涵变迁、心理结构、发生与发展、心理机制及研究方法四个方面综述了迄今自我管理之研究成果。然后,从历史的视角,按四个时期述评了自我管理研究的历史脉络及各时期的特征和传承创新。最后,展望了自我管理研究领域的发展态势。 Using content and archival analysis as a mixed method research design, this study addresses the broad issue of self-management from two aspects. The first one is a developmental analysis which addresses connotation, psychological structure, occurrence and development, psychological mechanism, and research methods of self-management. The second is a historical analysis which organizes the particular perspectives and progressive development of self-management into four time periods. The end of the article is a vista of the development of self-management.
