摘要
分析了大型结构物海上浮装关键装置,包括桩腿耦合装置、平台支撑装置、纵荡与横荡护舷等。研究了上述关键装置的结构组成与功能、力学属性和基于MOSES软件的建模技术,重点解决了驳船、结构物(上部组块)、基础结构(导管架)、桩腿耦合装置、平台支撑装置、纵荡与横荡护舷以及驳船系泊系统的建模技术难题,最终建立了包括上述各部分的大型结构物海上浮装一体化计算机仿真环境,为进行海上浮装过程中各阶段驳船、插尖运动计算和腿耦合装置、平台支撑装置等的受力分析打下了基础。该项研究结果可以为大型结构物海上浮装的计算分析提供指导。
The key devices for floatover operation of large structures were analyzed,including leg mating unit(LMU),decking supporting unit(DSU),surge and sway fenders,and so on.The structural composition,function and mechanical property of the devices as well as MOSES software-based modeling technology were studied.The study focused on the solution to the technological modeling difficulties concerning barge,structures(i.e.topside chunks),infrastructure(i.e.offshore jacket),LMU,DSU,surge and sway fenders and barge mooring system.Finally,the computer simulation environment for floatover operation integration of the large structures mentioned above was established,laying the foundation for calculating the motion of barge and stabbing cone at different stages of floatover operation and for the force analysis of leg mating device and decking supporting device.The research findings can offer a guide to the calculation and analysis of floatover operation for large structures.
