摘要 针对目前井下工具水浸试验系统存在的检测难题,从基本理论出发,深入研究高压、超高压条件下介质的体积变化规律,设计了多功能、高精度、高指标和智能自动化的井下工具水浸试验系统。该系统控制界面友好,具有手动/自动和现场/远程控制功能,可根据试验工具实际需要自由设定试验参数和试验流程,自动生成报表和曲线,试验现场实现了无人值守操作,提高了试验过程中的安全性。试验结果表明,该系统升压能力达到100 MPa,控压精度达到0.35%FS,温控精度达到±1℃,为井下工具试验及设计开发同类高温高压系统奠定了理论和实践基础。 There exist problems with the water immersion experimental system for downhole tool.Starting from the basic theory,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the volume change law of the medium under high pressure and ultrahigh pressure,designing the water immersion experimental system for downhole tool.It is of high precision,high index and intelligent automation.It is characterized by a friendly control interface,manual or automatic control,and field or remote control.The testing parameters and procedures can be set freely according to the practical needs of testing tools.The report and curve can be generated automatically.The unattended operation has been achieved in the testing field,thus improving the safety of the experimental process.The experimental findings show that the boosting capacity of the system reaches 100 MPa,the pressure control precision reaches 0.35%FS and the temperature control precision reaches ±1 ℃.The study lays a theoretical and practical basis for the experiment of downhole tool as well as the design of the high temperature and high pressure system of the same kind.
