摘要
针对目前带压作业设备自动化程度和作业效率均较低以及拆装、搬迁和移运费用高等问题,研制了一种新型带压作业设备。该设备由全液压钻机、旋转动力头、井口装置有机组合而成,动力系统、控制系统统一设计,采用车装式、全液压驱动和智能控制,能够完成带压小修、带压大修及欠平衡钻井作业。试验结果表明,该新型带压作业设备结构合理,技术先进,操作灵活,自动化程度高,作业效率高,能够满足井内压力不超过21 MPa的井下作业要求。
Currently the snubbing operation system is characterized by low automation,low operating efficiency and high costs of relocation and transportation.Considering these problems,a new type of snubbing operation system was developed.The system is desirably composed of full hydraulic drilling rig,rotating power head and wellhead.The power system and control system are designed together.It can achieve well servicing operation,workover operation and underbalance drilling operation under pressure.It is truck-mounted,with full hydraulic drive and intelligent control.The experimental findings show that the device is characterized by reasonable structure,advanced technology,flexible operation,high automation and high operating efficiency.It can satisfy the downhole operating requirement with the borehole pressure no greater than 21 MPa.
