摘要
针对流域防洪调度模拟系统开发过程中的通用性、可扩充性和多功能性设计等关键问题,通过节点化设计和建立拓扑关系矩阵实现了系统的通用性设计;将计算次序与节点编码、拓扑关系矩阵分离实现了系统的可扩充性;根据防洪系统调度需求,建立了模型库和方法库实现了系统的多功能支持。在淮河正阳关以上流域的实际应用结果表明,该系统降低了正阳关断面的洪峰流量,显著提高了正阳关上游防洪系统的防洪效果。
Universality, extensibility and versatility structure design has always been a key problem of developing flood control operation simulation system. To perform the universality of the system, the structure design within nodes and topological relation matrix is adopted. The calculation sequence is separated from the node code and the topological re- lation matrix for realizing the extensibility of the system. According to the demand of the operation of flood control sys- tem, a set of models and methods are introduced for supporting the versatility of the system. The system is applied in the Huaihe river basin above Zhengyangguan section. The results show that the system reduces the peak discharge in Zhengy- angguan section and improves flood control effect in the upper reach of Zhengyangguan.
