构建高职院校专业设置评估体系的基本思路是组建高职院校专业设置评估专业委员会,设计专业设置评价量化考核指标体系,并按照文件评审与现场考察评审相结合原则,实施专业设置评价达标平行双标准制。在构建评估体系过程中,应注重分析宏观专业结构与专业布局的合理性、校内专业结构与专业布局的合理性、专业设置的硬件条件、教师队伍条件、社会人才需求的调研论证、专业人才培养的方案评估等考核要素。

The basic thinking for constructing evaluation system for specialties setting in higher vocational schools is to establish evaluation professional board to evaluate their specialty setting,design the quantitative indicator system for evaluating specialty setting,and implement the parallel double standard system for evaluating specialty setting by the principle of combining document review and site inspection.In the process of constructing evaluation system,it should pay attention to analyze the rationality of macro specialty structure and specialty layout,the rationality of intramural specialty structure and specialty layout,hardware conditions of specialty setting,conditions of teaching staff,investigation and argument on social talent demand,evaluation of cultivation program for professional talents,etc.
