基于试点项目的校企合作实践探索与推进策略——以上海市职业院校为例

Practical Exploration and Promoting Strategies for School-enterprise Cooperation Based on Pilot Projects——The Case of Shanghai Vocational Schools

上海职业院校校企合作在组织管理、课程改革、技术研发、师资建设等方面进行了实践探索。但在校企合作中仍然存在政策与制度体制不健全,合作管理环节薄弱,教学成本与教学投入之间存在差距,校企双方"双赢"不明显等问题。在校企合作实践中,需要进一步健全校企合作政策和制度体系,加强项目实施的科学管理,完善配套的实习实训服务体系,构建市级层面的校企合作交流平台。

Shanghai vocational schools launched the practical exploration on school-enterprise cooperation in the aspects of organizational management,curriculum reform,research and development of technology,teaching staff construction,etc.However,some problems still exist in the process of school-enterprise cooperation,such as imperfect policy and system,weak cooperative management,gap between high cost of teaching and teaching investment,and inconspicuous ＂win-win＂ of schools and enterprises,etc.Therefore,in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation,it is necessary to further optimize the policy and system on school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the scientific management for project implementation,perfect the matched practice and training service system,and construct the municipal-level platform for school-enterprise cooperation and communication.
