Exploration on the Linkage between Industrial Culture and Specialty Education of Higher Vocational Schools——The Case of Logistics Specialty in Shaanxi Vocational College of Industry and Commerce

行业文化赋予行业特色和时代特征,蕴含行业共同的理想信念、道德规范、品质与能力等行业核心价值。高职专业教育教学中融入行业文化,是彰显职业教育特点的必由之路。行业文化与高职专业教育对接的关键是营造氛围,在教学组织形式、课程等方面实现对接,同时采取岗前培训前移的策略。

Industry culture marks the characteristics of the industry and the times and contains the industrial core value,such as corporate ideals,morals norm,quality and capacity.To blend industry culture into specialty education of higher vocational schools is the only way to signify the features of vocational education.The key to link industry culture with specialty education of higher vocational schools is to create an atmosphere to achieve the linkage in teaching organizational form,curriculum,etc.,as well as to adopt to the strategy of ＂moving forward the pre-job training＂.
