摘要
介绍了基于STC单片机控制的电阻自动测量系统的结构和功能。该设计依据四引线测量法,采用AD620芯片作为仪表放大器、ICL7135为AD转换器构成测量电路。该测量系统具有测量精度高、性能可靠、智能化等优点。
The structure and function of resistance automatic measurement system based on STC SCM control is presented. The design uses AD620 chip as instrumentation amplifier, uses ICL7135 as AD converter based on four-lead measurements. The measuring system has advantages of high accuracy, reliable performance, and intelligent.
