Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Harmonious Enterprises

本文论述了和谐企业的概念和当前环境下构建和谐企业的意义,基于信息化和经济全球化时代特征分析和谐企业构建过程中存在的盈利能力不足、企业文化力欠缺等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了积极推动企业创新和发展、构建创新型企业文化体系等相应的解决措施。

This paper discusses the concept of harmonious enterprise and the significance of building a harmonious enterprise in the current environment, analyzes the problems in the construction process based on the characteristics of information technology and economic globalization, such as, lack of profitability, lack of corporate culture and so on, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to actively promote innovation and development of enterprise and build cultural system of innovative companies.
