Transnational Operation Risks and Precautions of Our Oil Enterprises under Different Views

本文从资源稀缺性和经济全球化两个角度分析了我国石油企业跨国经营风险的来源,并从缩小与国际大型石油公司的差距、建立风险预警机制、加强人才培养和管理等方面,提出了我国石油企业跨国经营风险的防范措施。

This article analyzed the sources of the transnational operation risks of our oil enterprises from two points of view, which were the scarcity of natural resources and economic globalization. In the meanwhile, this article proposed some precautions against the transnational operation risks of our oil enterprises from these aspects that narrowing the gap with the larger international oil companies, establishing the early warning mechanism of risk and strengthening talentsj cultivation and management.
