摘要
所介绍的芯片—— AML 31 68和AML 31 88为美国 Amlogic公司的 AML 30 0 0系列“Twister”NETDVD解码器 ,是由高集成度的 DVD解码器和一个常规的 32位 RISC CPU组成的单片电路 ,供消费电子类下一代 DVD播放机和机顶盒设计用 ,无需外接微处理器 ,就可完成 DVD解码的全部功能、实时 OS和机盒用户的单片方案。
The chips of AML 3168 and AML 3188 presented in this paper, belong to the AML 3000 series of Amlogic company. They are the decoders of the product “Twister”NETDVD. The chip is composed of a high-integrated DVD decoders and regular 32-bit RISC CPU,which is designed for the next generation of consumed electric products, the DVD player and set-top box need not use external processor, and can allow all kinds of functions about DVD decoding, the OS just-in-time and the one chip solution of the set-top box. In this paper, the characteristics of the software system which is supported by WINCE are also introduced.
