本文所研究的主要方向是为了保障低碳经济的发展所需要建立的保障机制的相应的产业链环节,其中对于能源的结构调整、清洁生产机制和低碳产业链等需要加强法律保障,同时环境政策以及相关的法制法规都需要做相应的调整,有了以上的行为,"低碳经济"才能得到保障。

The direction of this study is corresponding industrial chain link of security mechanism needing to be built for safeguarding the development of low-carbon economy, which should strengthen the legal protection in aspects, such as structural adjustment of the energy, clean development mechanism, low-carbon industrial chain etc., meanwhile, environmental policy and related laws and regulations need to be adjusted accordingly, so as to guarantee low-carbon economy.
