经过15年的酝酿,2012年5月,国务院法制办正式对外公布《农业保险条例(征求意见稿)》。对此,各级政府和相关部门、涉农经济主体及个人、县域涉农金融机构之间有不同的解读,反响很大,人民银行孝感中支也就此进行了专题调研。
With 15-years-preparation,the draft for comment of Agricultural Insurance Regulation has been published in May 2012.Regarding of this,every class of government, rural economic entities and individuals have different point of views.Therefore,PBC Xiaogan branch launched an investigation on this topic.
