摘要
将耐碱透芯油应用于纯棉中薄型织物一浴法练漂前处理工艺,探讨了助剂用量对练漂效果的影响。生产实践表明,该工艺与普通练漂一浴法工艺相比,仅助剂一项可降低成本21.1%;与常规练漂二步法工艺相比,每年可降低能源成本317.4万元,减少排污18 000 t。
An alkali resistant scouring agent is applied to one bath scouring and bleaching of light-weight cotton fabric. The effect of auxiliary dosage on scouring and bleaching results is discussed. The practical application shows that the new one bath scouring and bleaching process with alkali resistant scouring agent can reduce auxiliary cost by 21.1 % compared with the conventional one bath process, while can reduce energy cost by RMB 3 174 thousand yuan and effluents by 18 000 t compared with the conventional two bath process.
