通心络胶囊对高血压肾损害患者血管内皮功能及尿蛋白的影响

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on vascular endothelial function and urine protein in patients with hypertensive renal damage

目的观察通心络胶囊(人参、水蛭、全蝎、土鳖虫、蜈蚣、蝉蜕、赤芍、冰片)对高血压肾损害患者血管内皮功能及尿蛋白的影响。方法将100例原发性高血压肾损害患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,实验组口服通心络胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,两组均采用常规降压等治疗,共治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后血压、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-Keto-PGF1a)及血栓素B2(TXB2)的变化。结果两组治疗后血压、Scr较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.05),但组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组治疗后,NO和6-Keto-PGF1a较治疗前及对照组治疗后明显升高(P<0.05),而ET-1、TXB2及24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前及对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊能明显改善高血压肾损害患者的血管内皮功能,从而减轻尿蛋白。

AIM To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule（Ginseng,Leech,Scorpion,Ground Beeltle,Centipede,Cicada Slough,Red Paeony Root,Borneol） on vascular endothelial function and urine protein in patients with hypertensive renal damage.METHODS One hundred patients with essential hypertensive renal damage were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.Fifty patients in the experimental group took Tongxinluo Capsule（three pills,tid.）for twelve weeks.Both groups were treated with routine hypotensive measure for twelve weeks.The changes in blood pressure,serum creatinine,fixed quantity of urine protein in twenty-four hours,nitric oxide,ET-1,6-Keto-PGF1a and TXB2 in two groups were observed before and after the treatment.RESULTS The blood pressure and serum creatinine in the experimental group and control group were obviously lower than those before the treatment,and there were significant differences（P0.05）.But there were no significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.The level of nitric oxide and 6-Keto-PGF1a after the treatment in the experimental group were obviously greater than that before and after the treatment in the control group（P0.05）.But the level of ET-1,TXB2 and fixed quantity of the urine protein in twenty-four hours after the treatment in the experimental group were obviously lower than that before and after the treatment in the control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Tongxinluo Capsule can significantly improve the function of vascular endothelial in patients with hypertensive renal damage and thus decrease urine protein.
