摘要
医院按照"平等自愿、资源共享、优势互补、协作共赢"原则,通过人才培养、技术支持、学术交流、双向转诊等模式进行院际之间的协作,实现优势互补,促进医疗资源合理配置与优化,提高基层医院的综合服务能力,健全基层医疗卫生服务体系,完善分级医疗制度,打造"名院名科名医"品牌战略,缓解基层群众"看病难、看病贵"的就医现象。
