贝前列素钠对老年2型糖尿病肾病患者FN及UAER的影响 被引量:1

Effects of beraprost sodium on plasma FN and UAER in patients with diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的观察贝前列素钠对老年2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床疗效,并观察患者血浆纤维蛋白原(FN)及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的变化。方法测定27例老年2型无肾病糖尿病患者、48例老年2型临床糖尿病肾病患者血浆FN水平。将48例老年2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为常规治疗组24例和贝前列素钠治疗组24例,观察两组治疗前后FN、UAER的变化。结果老年2型糖尿病肾病患者较老年2型无肾病糖尿病患者血浆FN水平明显升高(P〈0.01);与对照组比较,应用贝前列素钠可使糖尿病肾病患者血浆FN水平明显降低(P〈0.01),UAER明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论FN水平升高在糖尿病’肾病的发病中发挥重要作用。贝前列素钠治疗可纠正糖尿病肾病患者血浆FN平衡失调,减少UAER,促进病情恢复。 Objective To observe the clinical tients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy ( DN), and to and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER). Methods curative effect of beraprost sodium on elderly paobserve the changes of plasma fibrinogen (FN) The plasma FN levels of 27 senile type 2 diabe- tes patients without nephropathy, 48 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were measured. Forty-eight cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups, the conventional treatment group (24 cases) and beraprost sodium treatment group (24 cases) , the changes of levels of FN and UAER in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The plasma FN levels in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were significantly elevated than those in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes without nephropathy ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with the con- trol group, the plasma levels of FN and UAER were significantly reduced in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy by beraprost sodium ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The level of FN increase at the onset of diabetic nephropathy and play an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy. Bera- prost sodium in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can correct the plasma FN imbalance, and it can reduce UAER and promote recovery.
