摘要
建立电动汽车阀控式铅酸蓄电池模型,蓄电池的负荷根据公路级别(4种级别路面),公路水平度(上坡、平坦和下坡路面),汽车档位(5种档位)的不同分为60种负荷。采用容量换算法和电流换算法对电动汽车蓄电池的容量进行检测;建立蓄电池充放电模型,即蓄电池充放电电压、电流和功率随时间、负荷变化的数学表达式。通过汤浅(YUASA)UXL330-2N蓄电池验证,所建模型反映了蓄电池的充放电特性,该模型适用于充电站,电动汽车仪表台及其变电站直流系统蓄电池监控系统。
The valve-regulated lead acid battery model for EV was established. According to the different motor road level (4 types levels road surface), motor level degree (ascent road surface, flat road surface and downhill road surface), car gears(5 types gears), battery load was divided into 60 types. The battery capacity was checked using capacity conversion and current conversion method. The battery charge and discharge model were established, namely, the mathematical model of charge and discharge voltage, current and power changed with time and load. The simulation results by (YUASA)UXL330-2N battery show that this model reflects battery charge and discharge characteristics, which is applicable to battery monitoring system belongs to charging station, EV dashboard and transformer substation DC system.
