小型脉冲功率发生器的研究

摘要 介绍了两种小型脉冲发生器的设计、仿真与实测。一种采用了单级磁压缩变压器,实现升压的同时完成脉冲信号压缩,大大减小了设备的尺寸。另一种采用了印刷板型的Blumlein传输线,结构简单,可输出几十纳秒级的脉冲信号,方便携带,可用于医疗领域如细胞处理。 In this paper, two miniaturized pulsed power generators were proposed. One adopted a single-stage magnetic pulse-compression circuit. A saturable transformer was employed to realize the pulses compression and voltage step up. Another miniature pulsed power generator was a print circuit board type of Blumlein pulses forming line, which could generate a pulse with 30 ns width for medical field, for example, the cells treatment.
