心内膜心肌活检(EMB)是一种提供活体心脏组织来进行各种检查的诊断技术,它已成为心脏移植术后不可缺少的评价方法。尽管EMB在成人及儿童心血管疾病诊治中的作用仍存在争议,但它在一些特殊心脏疾病包括心肌炎、药物心脏毒性、心肌病、心律失常、心脏肿瘤和继发于系统疾病的心脏疾病诊断中仍具有一定临床意义。

Endomyocardial biopsy （ EMB ） is a diagnostic tool by providing heart tissue in vivo. EMB is an essential evaluation techniue for monitoring heart transplantation. However, the role of EMB in the diagnosis and treatment of adult and pediatric cardiovascular disease remains controversial. A need for EMB still exists because specific myocardial disorders that have unique prognoses and treatment are seldom diagnosed by noninvasive testing. Now, EMB is commonly performed in myocarditis, drug toxicity, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, and secondary cardiac involvement by systemic diseases.
