中原城市群的科技政策体系有诸多不适合群体发展的成分,城市群科技政策体系建设必须打破传统观念的束缚,在知识系统、产业基础、立足特色、共享平台理清思路;从产业发展、产业改造、产业化、标准化、成果转化、贸易、服务、人才八个方面的内容进行构建,从明确主体、联动机制、支撑机制保证中原城市群科技政策体系的运行。

S ＆T policy system in every city of Zhongyuan urban cluster has some unsuitable parts for development. The shackles of traditional ideas must be broken in constructing S＆T policy system of urban cluster, thoughts from knowledge system must clear up and so on. The construction should be made in eight aspects such as industry development, industrial transformation, industrialization, standardization, achievements, trade, service, and talent etc, depending on clear sub- ject, linkage mechanism and support mechanism to guarantee.
