创新型城市评价指标体系研究——基于国内理论与实践的对比分析

Study on Evaluation Index System of Innovative Cities:—Based on Comparative Analysis of Domestic Theory and Practice

目前关于创新型城市评价指标体系并没有形成统一或主流的观点,缺乏成熟的评价理论指导创新型城市建设实践,仍然需要进一步深入探究。通过梳理分析国内理论界和实践界提出的创新型城市评价指标体系,剖析现有创新型城市评价指标体系的特点及存在的主要缺陷性,提出了从城市创新资源和创新能力两方面构建创新资源能力综合指数评价创新型城市的设想。

At present, there is not a unified and mainstream viewpoint about evaluation index system of innovative city, and it is short of mature evaluation theory guiding the development and practice about innovative cities, it needs further re- search. The paper summarizes and analyzes domestic theory and practice evaluation index system of innovative cities, stud- ies the existing characteristics of evaluation index system of innovative cities and existent primary drawback. A and from two aspects of city innovation resources and innovation ability, the paper puts forward the expectation about establishing composite index number of innovation resources capacity evaluating innovative cities.
