天津市产业联盟组建情况与发展对策研究

Research on Construction and Development of Industry Alliance in Tianjin

产业联盟作为一种在市场经济条件下加强产学研结合,推进技术创新,构建产业技术创新链的有效组织形式越来越得到国家的重视。各省市均已经开展了产业联盟的创建工作,天津市也在多个产业领域组建了联盟。主要研究国内主要省市及天津市产业联盟的组建和发展情况,并提出了相应的对策建议。

As an efficient economic organization form under the circumstances of market economy, industry alliance has at- tracted more and more attention in strengthening combination on production, learning and research, promoting technique in- novation and constructing industry technique innovation chain. The alliance has been built up in several industry areas in Tianjin and many other provinces. The paper analyzes the present situation on construction and development of the industry alliance in Tianjin as well as other main domestic provinces and puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions.
