县域承接产业转移有效性的实证分析

Empirical Study about the Efficiency of County Economy in Undertaking Industry Transfer

如何提高县域承接产业转移的有效性,是产业转移过程中一个值得研究的问题。以安徽省皖江城市带县域承接产业转移为例,可以通过数据包络法对投入产出效率进行分析。结论是有的县域存在资源投入的规模无效率,应加大其投入的规模效率;有的县域则存在纯技术无效率,说明各资源之间的配合没有达到最优,应提高合理配置资源的能力。

How to improve the efficiency of county economy in undertaking industrial transfer is a problem worthy of study in the process of industry transfer. Taking Wanjiang City Belt in Anhui province as an example, data envelopment analysis can be used in analyzing the input - output efficiency. The conclusion is that there is scale inefficiency of resource input in some counties, which needs an input scale efficiency increase; while there is pure technical inefficiency in some other counties, i. e. , resources are not optimal, which needs a capacity improvement of reasonable allocation of resources.
