回答"如何有效地提升高校科技创新能力"问题需要系统、综合地探讨影响因素、作用机理。学术生态建设是封装各种影响因素及其联系的结果,它通过变革与维持过程对高校科技创新能力产生影响,并有助于科技资源、信息技术平台等发挥作用。该框架阐明了新研究链条的意义,并为后续的经验研究奠定了基础。
To explore how to promote the scientific and technological innovation ability effectively, we need to systematical- ly analysis the antecedents and mechanism. Academic ecology construction is the outcome of encapsulating the antecedents and relationship. Through the process of Morphostasis and Morphogenesis, it helps to be more functional in science ＆ technology resource and IT platform. The theoretic framework clarifies the meaning of the new research chain and paves the way for the sequent empirical study.
