摘要
国内众多处于价值链低端的代工企业迫切需要转型升级来改变低端锁定、利润低下的困境。OEM企业转型需要市场、制度、企业能力等各种因素的配合,其中作为知识载体的人力资本是转型的重要战略条件。通过对音王集团从OEM到ODM再到OBM转型升级实践的研究,表明企业能否适应转型的需求提供有效的人力资本供给,以及现有的人力资本能否进行升级能力适配,关系到代工企业的转型升级的成败。基于案例提出了代工企业转型升级中的人力资本适配要求。
Many OEM enterprises at the low end of the value chain are facing the low -end locking and low profit dilem- ma, they need transformation and upgrading. Many conditions should be provided for OEM enterprises transformation, such as the market, system, ability and so on, which the human capital is the most important one of transformation strate- gy. According to the research of practice road of the Soundking Group from OEM to 0DM to OBM, the enterprise can a- dapt to the transition needs to provide the effective supply of human capital, and the existing human capital can upgrade the capacity of adaptation, it' s related to the success or failure . Based on the case study, this article considers that the OEM enterprises transformation and upgrading need the fitness of the human capital.
