摘要
合理优化专利信息资源配置,对提升企业竞争力、增强企业技术创新能力有重要的现实意义。从专利信息特性入手,论述了专利信息资源配置的原则,并结合专利信息在企业中的流动过程,分析了信息用户层次与信息加工层次的关系,最后通过线性规划给出了专利信息资源配置模型,使企业专利信息资源管理立于量化的基础上,更为科学、有效。
Reasonable allocation of patent information resources has important practical significance to enhance the abili- ty of competitiveness and technological innovation of enterprises. Starting from the characteristics of patent information, the paper discusses the principles about how to allocate patent information resources. Combining with patent information transfer process in the enterprise, the paper analyzes the relation between the information user level and information pro- cessing level. Finally through the linear programming, the paper presents allocation model about patent information re- sources, and on the basis of quantization, it makes the enterprise patent information resources management more scientifi- cally and effectively.
