区域知识产权与区域技术创新整体水平的关联分析

Correlation Analysis on Regional Intellectual Property Rights and Overall Level of Regional Technological Innovation

区域知识产权与区域技术创新整体水平在发展过程中相互影响,前者对后者具有保护、驱动、制约作用,后者则是前者的主要源泉。通过构建区域知识产权与区域技术创新整体水平的关联指标体系,利用灰色关联分析法对黑龙江省1998-2008年间的有关数据进行计算,结果表明区域知识产权与技术创新资源投入及工业产出能力存在较强的关联度,并为提升区域知识产权与区域技术创新整体水平提出了相关对策及建议。

Regional intellectual property rights and the overall level of technological innovation are mutually interactive. The former could protect, motive and restrict the latter, while the latter is the main source of the former. A relating index system is established and related data of Heilongjiang province from 1998 to 2008 is calculated through Gray Relational A- nalysis. A conclusion is drawn from the results that regional intellectual property rights are significantly correlated with the resource input and industrial output of regional technological innovation. Associated countermeasures and suggestions are proposed as well.
